Welcome to Bay Leaf Care Home. Bay Leaf Elderly Care Home is in place to provide the exceptional quality of care that we feel is needed for our increasing senior population. The founders of this unique community are aware of the need for additional facilities that will be able to meet the needs of this population. They are also aware of the many facets that are needed to properly service the elderly. Our purpose and goals revolve around being able to provide the individual care for each resident as they move through the levels of their diagnosis.

Who We Are
Bay Leaf Care Home is a residential care facility for elderly men and women above the age of 60. We provide the highest level of assistance and services available. Our friendly staff is available 24/7 to provide care and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) that includes bathing, preparing nutritious and medication management.
